Terms & Conditions  

Waste Less Supermart Event: Beverage Redemption, Say YES to Waste Less (SYTWL) Collapsible Silicone Cup Giveaway & Reusable Bag Exchange.

By participating in the Waste Less Supermart event and redeeming any of the below items or experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Beverage Redemption 

Daily redemption is limited to 1,000 cups, available until the daily limit is reached or the event concludes for the day, whichever occurs first. 

• Each attendee may redeem one (1) beverage per day upon presenting a clean reusable bottle or cup. 

• Beverages must be consumed within one (1) hour of redemption. 

• The event team reserves the right to refuse redemption if the reusable bottle or cup is deemed unclean, unhygienic, or otherwise unsuitable. 

• Only appropriate reusable cups or bottles meeting our reusability criteria will be accepted. Single-use items—including plastic water bottles, paper, plastic or Styrofoam cups, disposable coffee cups (e.g. from cafés), and other similar single-use tcups/bottles will not be accepted. 

 By accepting and consuming the complimentary drink(s) provided at this event, participants acknowledge and agree that the organisers, sponsors, and associated partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, allergic reaction, illness, or other health-related issues (including but not limited to food poisoning) that may arise from the consumption of the drink(s), whether during or after the event. 

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are not allergic to any ingredients and are advised to consume the drink(s) at their own discretion. 

By participating in the event, all attendees agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the organisers, sponsors, and associated partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the consumption of the drink(s). 

2. Say YES to Waste Less Collapsible Silicone Cup Giveaway 

• Each attendee is entitled to one (1) SYTWL collapsible silicone cup, while stocks last. 

• Distribution is on a first come, first served basis. 

3. The Reusable Bag Exchange 

• The reusable bag exchange rack operates on a one-to-one swap policy. Attendees are permitted to take one bag for every bag they donate.  

• The event team reserves the right to refuse bags that are excessively worn, damaged, unclean, or otherwise deemed unsuitable for exchange. This includes bags with holes, stains, heavy wear, plastic or paper bags, or those bearing offensive or derogatory language. 

• Attendees are permitted to take a maximum of one (1) reusable bag if they did not donate any reusable bag. 

• All exchanges are on a first-come, first-served basis. 

4. Disclaimer and Rights 

• Force majeure: The organisers are not liable for any cancellations, changes, or disruptions to the event that are a result of circumstances beyond their control. 

• The organisers reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

• The organisers reserve the right to modify or withdraw any redemption items, giveaways, or promotional offers without liability. 

By participating in the redemption, giveaway and exchange activities, attendees acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
